The location of this stunningly beautiful hotel was favourable, in the mountain. Further, it was very close to a murky pond and Kundasang/ Ranau.

We liked staying in this hotel! Our reasonably spacious and perfect room was complete with kettle and 2 single bed, for example. The garden was quiet, amazing location so close to nature. Also, it was 2 miles from a poignant memorial.

Some people working there were not so helpful.

I was offered a room with breathtaking views of the mountain. The room had climate control, multi-channel TV, and a dining area. Very efficient and helpful staff, as it had to be. Location: the hotel was just next door to the food market, ranau and Kundasang.

We booked a double room that was complete with 2 single bed and a mountain view, for example as advertised. Having a shower, a bidet, and bath sheets was a bonus. Helpful and active staff and everything was nice.

The hotel was fairly clean, I truly enjoyed it. Actually, the room was spacious and perfect with a mountain view. The location was nice on mountains and the staff here was affable and helpful.

It's fairly clean hotel with extremely spacious rooms and courteous staff. If going to Ranau one more time I will come back.
